Detailed Logs

1. Data Collection

We collect strictly necessary business data to facilitate the Tasklyst Pro network, including business owner identity, banking coordinates for payouts (via Stripe Connect), and professional service history.

2. Use of Information

Your business information is used to:

  • Verify your professional credentials and business standing.
  • Process and secure professional payout volumes.
  • Communicate platform updates and partnership opportunities.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your business data. Information is only shared with essential third-party processors (e.g., Stripe for payments, Twilio for communication) to provide the services requested. When you use the CRM to manage your clients, you act as the Data Controller.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to your business data, request correction of inaccuracies, or request account deletion which results in the purging of all non-essential data records.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

If you choose to cancel your Tasklyst Pro subscription, you may request full deletion of your professional profile and CRM data. We will retain payment ledger histories and transaction records exclusively as mandated by UK tax and financial reporting laws.
